Jenn Higgins Pitre

Jennifer Higgins Pitre joined CIEE as Vice President of Philanthropy in 2023, where she is responsible for shaping and leading CIEE’s first-ever fundraising department.
Jenn brings to CIEE extensive leadership experience raising philanthropic support for mission-driven organizations, including Catholic Medical Center, Granite United Way, and the University of New Hampshire Foundation. In addition to her fundraising expertise, she has taught undergraduate courses in business and corporate social responsibility and has mentored graduate students in developing compelling major gift proposals.

Jenn earned both her MBA and bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). She is also a proud CIEE parent—two of her three children studied abroad with CIEE while in high school, giving her a firsthand appreciation for the transformative impact of international education. Jenn lives in New Hampshire with her husband, Jeff, and their three children.
