Bruno Rocha

Bruno Rocha is a PhD candidate in International Relations at NOVA University of Lisbon (NOVA FCSH), where he researches Portuguese foreign policy and diplomacy with support from the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT). Bruno holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in political science and international relations from NOVA FCSH and serves as a guest lecturer at various Portuguese universities. Since joining CIEE Lisbon in 2021, he has been teaching International Relations and Politics of the European Union to CIEE undergraduate students and has been leading the Diplomacy and Government high school program in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, for the past four years. His master’s dissertation was awarded the Luso-American Development Foundation’s Political Science Award 2023.
